About the role
The role requires a self‑starter with great communication and sales skills, a persuasive people‑person who enjoys dealing with all sorts of customers. You will be trained to know the products inside out and be proud of them, confident in selling them to customers using your existing and growing sales abilities. You will manage your own time in a self‑employed career, extending the business development potential to the next level.
Responsibilities
* Follow up on warm sales leads, visiting customers in their own homes or utilizing our new remote selling framework.
* Give persuasive business development pitches to convert quotes to sales.
* Educate customers about the products and services offered, think on your feet and cross‑sell other products where appropriate.
* Work with customers to meet their unique requirements and get the job right the first time, every time.
Qualifications
* Proactive and results‑driven.
* Flexible towards varied workloads and working hours.
* Able to provide consistently high level of customer service.
* Ideally experienced within Home Improvements (or similar).
* A driver with a full UK driving licence and your own car.
* Self‑motivated and confident communicating with a variety of customers at a senior level.
Benefits & compensation
