Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC) Service and Quality Manager
This role is offered on a fixed term/secondment basis for 12 months, full‑time (37.5 hours per week).
Key Responsibilities
* Operational and day‑to‑day management of SARC services across the two sites: Hope House, Gloucester and The Gables, Swindon.
* Ensure high quality and effective delivery of services, managing financial, physical and human resources to comply with robust operational governance and commissioned specifications.
* Act as the quality lead for SARC services, responsible for establishing, implementing and maintaining the ISO15189 Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring compliance with ISO15189 and the Forensic Science Regulators (FSR) Codes of Practice and Conduct and its relevant appendices.

The role may involve coordination with the subcontract with First Light for non‑clinical activity in Swindon.
