Thorn Baker are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Site Manager to join the construction team of a regional private residential developer supporting the Head of Construction & Project managers, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.
The Role:
* Team & Contractor Management
* Compliance and risk Management
* Communication and coordination
* Quality & progress monitoring
About You:
* Construction related qualification
* Previous experience managing residential, refurbishment or conversion projects
* CSCS, SMSTS, etc.
* Proficient in MS Office
* Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
