Basic Salary: £20,000
OTE: £48,500 +
Location: Bristol
We are currently recruiting for an ambitious and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join a high-performing dealership in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced automotive sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
Due to the enquiry-rich nature of the business, there is significant earning potential for high performers looking to exceed OTE.

Responsibilities of a Car Sales Executive
- Deliver exceptional face-to-face customer service throughout the full sales process
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with retail and business customers
- Manage all sales appointments professionally and deliver high-quality test drive experiences
- Identify customer needs and guide them through the complete vehicle buying journey
- Pro actively follow up leads and enquiries to maximise every sales opportunity
- Work towards and exceed agreed sales targets and KPI objectives
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales and pre-delivery process
Skills and Qualifications of a Car Sales Executive
- Minimum 3 years' motor trade sales experience within a Main Car Dealership
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, rapport-building and customer service skills
- Enthusiastic, ambitious and target-driven personality
- Passion for delivering a premium customer experience
- MUST HOLD a full UK manual driving licence (subject to licence checks)
- Right to work in the UK - No sponsorships available
