We are looking for aSite Manager with at least 5 years experience of managing/supervising staff in general groundworks and civils work including drainage, highways, reinforced concrete, remediation, and hard landscaping. On a day-to-day basis, we will expect you to: Plan and organise labour and plant on site Work as part of a team and maintain client relations Uphold high safety standards at all times Project a professional image and lead by example Maintain Quality Control Ensure resources are used efficiently on site and that it is a safe and tidy place to work and visit Control costs by monitoring them weekly Have a working knowledge of MS Project, maintain and update contract programmes Keep records and maintain an electronic filing system Be IT literate, able to use Word, Excel, and other electronic documentation Manage and reduce waste What you will need : Experience in a variety of Civil Engineering disciplines HND/HNC or higher Valid CSCS card SMSTS qualification First aid at work qualification Competency in Health and Safety practice A good knowledge of Environmental Management Current valid driving licence
