Clinton House is a small, family-run nursing home on the outskirts of Larkhall. We were established in 1992, have 24 beds and Care Inspectorate Grade 4's.

We are currently looking for a Cook to join our friendly team and provide home-style meals for 24 residents. This is a rewarding role with regular hours, on a job share basis with another Cook, where your cooking really makes a difference to our Residents lives.
What you'll do:
· Prepare and serve traditional, home-style meals, following 4-week menu plan.
· Have a strong understanding of food presentation and portion control.
· Cater for various dietary needs (diabetic, soft diets, allergies).
· Keep the kitchen clean, safe and well-stocked.
What we're looking for:
· Food Hygiene certificate Level 2 is essential.
· Culinary Qualifications i.e. SVQ or City & Guilds (or willing to obtain)
· Experience cooking for groups (care, school or catering).
· Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
· Passionate about food and committed to high standards.
· Friendly and caring approach.
