I am searching for a hands-on HR Manager to lead HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a bilingual professional who can drive engagement, ensure compliance, and support plant leadership with strategic HR initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried roles, including onboarding.
* Manage performance reviews, training programs, and employee development.
* Serve as the go-to for employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.
* Maintain HR policies, ensure compliance, and oversee HRIS records and reporting.
* Support compensation, benefits, and contract administration.
What We’re Looking For:
* 5+ years HR experience, ideally in manufacturing.
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
* Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
* Adaptable, ethical, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Education:
* Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required.
