We are working with a Facade contractor who are currently seeking an experienced Facade Site Manager based in Birmingham to work on a high rise residential project.
Depending on experience, the role is paying between £50,000 and £60,000.
Requirements for the Facade Site Manager:
Proven experience in facade management on medium to large construction projects
Strong understanding of curtain walling, cladding systems, glazing, and rainscreens
SMSTS, CSCS card
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites as needed
