Job description
This is a new and exciting role within our friendly HR team, where you�ll have the opportunity to be creative and shape the way things are done.
You�ll be helping us to deliver an excellent HR service, across all aspects of our people processes and be involved with many areas of HR - from recruitment and selection, producing management information to, learning and development.� The wellbeing of our people is really important to us and you�ll be building relationships with staff from across the organisation as part of our wellbeing group, where you�ll seek to improve the working environment for all colleagues.

Person specification
1. Communicate promptly and professionally with customers providing a friendly and efficient HR service. This may include providing advice and guidance using relevant information, legislation and policies where appropriate.
2. Work closely with the HR Business Partner when the level of advice required is of a more complex nature.��
3. Undertake HR administrative and accurate reporting to payroll of staff changes/new starters ( promotions, secondments, annual leave etc.).
4. Preparation and issuing of employment related contractual documentation.
5. Undertake recruitment administration processes including use of the applicant tracking system and working with Welsh Government colleagues in relation to the vetting process.��
6. Coordinate and support the onboarding of new entrants to WRA.
7. Contribute to the review and development of HR processes and practises based on service needs and/or feedback.
8. Undertake secretariat duties relating to the Wellbeing Group/other meetings as well as arranging meetings, issuing information and taking minutes where required.
9. Support the HR service across a broad range of HR activities including, learning and development, performance management, diversity and inclusion etc. as directed.
10. Updating and maintenance of HR systems including HR Information System (HRIS) and Intranet pages.�
11. Ability to analyse, interrogate and evaluate data to produce meaningful HR information such as sickness absence tracking reports etc.
12. Handle sensitive data and records securely, and process requests for information in accordance with GDPR.
