As an HR Administrator, you will provide on-the-ground support to HRBPs and HR Advisors for transactional and operational tasks that cannot be transitioned to global or regional hubs. Your activities may include:
1. Supporting sensitive activities across LFR and factory HR operations.
2. Resolving transactional and complex queries within your scope of work, promoting self-service for other areas.
3. Providing on-site operational expertise during HRBPs' support periods, especially after Hypercare.
4. Supporting market-specific activities such as compliance documentation, timekeeping, employee engagement, and medical checkups.
5. Participating in activities transitioning to global operations, like absence management undergoing transformation.
6. Driving continuous improvement for HR processes to ensure consistency and standardization.
7. Understanding and communicating HR policies, processes, and procedures.
8. Conducting biweekly data audits, reviewing actions, and ensuring data accuracy.
9. Acting as an intermediary between HRBPs and Global Ops in special circumstances to facilitate collaboration.
10. Engaging with subject matter experts and internal teams to find optimal solutions for employee queries.
Required experience includes a background in HR administration/support roles, familiarity with HR analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI, and strong problem-solving, communication, and independent working skills. A good understanding of HR principles and processes is essential.
