Job brief
Based both in our Bristol office and remotely, you’ll own the full lifecyle for fixed-term and permanent roles across our business.
This is a new role and you’ll be pivotal in helping to identify our current and future hiring needs.
With a natural ability to work well in a team and remotely, your flexible attitude to change and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, will help you develop, create and manage effective sourcing strategies to assist with our continuing company growth.
Requirements
Job Responsibilities
- qualifying roles with hiring managers and agreeing sourcing strategies
- using creativity to identify and engage relevant candidates
- sourcing candidates through direct sourcing channels - job boards, LinkedIn, social media
- managing our recruitment system
- writing compelling adverts and utilising social media to attract quality candidates
- screening internal and external candidates, first interviewing and evaluation
- negotiating against valid and approved requisitions when required
- contributing to team initiatives and projects
- providing on-going recruitment process support to line managers
- providing credible market intelligence regarding candidate availability and salaries
- working closely with hiring managers to achieve smooth onboarding processes for new starters
- using effective time management to build efficiency in all pre-recruitment processes
About You
You’ll be an experienced technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Manager / Recruitment Business Partner with a positive ‘can do’ attitude and a consultative approach.
You’ll need
- solid Microsoft Office and organisational skills.
- experience of recruiting and direct sourcing in a technical environment
- excellent interpersonal skills, both verbally and in writing
- the ability to deliver a first-class candidate experience
- confidence in recruiting and first interviewing at all levels (entry level to head of dept roles)
