We are seeking an experienced and highly organised
Programme Coordinator
to support our expanding delivery activity.
The Role
This is a central operational role within the business, supporting coordination across client projects and internal delivery processes.
You will work closely with Directors and consultants to ensure workstreams are well organised, professionally delivered and accurately tracked.
We are particularly interested in someone who is comfortable working with digital tools and open to using automation and AI-enabled systems to streamline processes as we grow.
Flexibility
We work mostly remotely with occasional face to face meetings and travel to our office locations in Belfast or Dublin.
For this role we will consider full-time or part-time work between 3-5 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Delivery Coordination
* Support planning and coordination of client assignments
* Schedule meetings, workshops and key milestones
* Track delivery progress and consultant utilisation
* Maintain accurate project records and documentation
Operational & Reporting Support
* Maintain internal tracking systems and dashboards
* Collate reports and supporting documentation
* Assist in preparing structured internal and client summaries
Systems & Process Improvement
* Manage document control and digital workflows
* Support CRM and shared platform management
* Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through better systems, automation and use of technology
About You
We are looking for someone with:
* 4–7 years' experience in programme coordination, operations or structured professional environments
* Strong organisational capability and attention to detail
* Confidence using Excel and digital platforms
* A natural interest in improving processes and workflows
* Comfort learning and adopting new tools, including automation and AI-enabled systems
* Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
* Professional communication skills and proactive mindset
Experience within consultancy, professional services or operational delivery environments would be advantageous.
