Employment Paralegal / Newly Qualified Solicitor

We currently have an excellent opportunity for an Employment Paralegal or NQ Solicitor to join a highly regarded Employment team based in South Manchester. This is a fantastic role if you're looking to develop your career within a supportive, close-knit team dealing with employment law matters.
Youll be joining a friendly team offering great exposure to both contentious and non-contentious matters acting on behalf of respondents.
In this position, youll be involved in a wide range of employment law work, including:
* Supporting fee earners on Employment Tribunal matters: drafting ET3 responses, preparing Early Case Assessments, liaising with clients and the Tribunal, reviewing evidence, assisting with Preliminary Hearings, and supporting the preparation of witness statements.
* Attending Tribunal hearings when required to provide support.
* Conducting legal research to assist with the development of case strategy.
* Preparing hearing and disclosure bundles and organising case documentation.
* Collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and effective service for clients.
* Managing matters in line with Lexcel and SRA requirements.
What theyre looking for;
* At least 12 months experience in employment law.
* Solid technical understanding of employment legislation.
* Confident communication and advocacy skills. xkybehq
