Customer Team Leader
Location: Borras Park Road, Borras Park, Wrexham, LL12 7TH
Pay: £13.65 per hour
Contract: 24 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part-time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (5:45am), afternoons, late evenings (10pm), and weekends, to be discussed at interview

You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team leader at Co-op, as you’ll need to authorise age-related sales.
We’re looking for Customer Team Leaders to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. You’ll help lead the store team—coaching and supervising Customer Team Members and deputising for the Store Manager, while also delivering excellent customer service and performing various tasks like re-stocking shelves and cleaning spills.

* Provide friendly and thoughtful service, managing the store and handling challenging situations

* Manage diligence checks and stock accuracy to enhance shopping experience
* Support your store manager by deputising and handling HR processes
* Lead the introduction of new products and services, encouraging feedback
* Build relationships and support local community initiatives
