The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cluster Assistant Reservations Manager to join our Commercial team for Hilton Malta and DoubleTree by Hilton Malta. In this role, you will assist in overseeing the Reservations Department, ensuring seamless booking processes, and optimising revenue opportunities while maintaining the highest levels of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in managing the daily operations of the Reservations Department.
2. Support the Reservations Manager in maximising occupancy and revenue through effective inventory and pricing strategies.
3. Monitor and analyse reservation trends, ensuring optimal room allocation and rate management.
4. Lead, train, and develop the reservations team to maintain high service standards.
5. Ensure all reservations are handled efficiently and in line with Hilton’s brand standards.
6. Collaborate with the Sales, Revenue, and Front Office teams to enhance the guest booking experience.
7. Handle guest inquiries and special requests professionally and efficiently.

* Previous experience in reservations or revenue management, preferably within a hotel environment.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Proficiency in hotel reservations systems and Microsoft Office applications.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
* A solid understanding of revenue management principles and market trends.
