The Company

The Role
Youll be the person on the ground, the eyes and ears of the project. Reporting to the Project Manager, youll be responsible for the day:to:day delivery of this complex, multi:million:pound build. Your mission? To ensure everything runs like clockwork.
Key responsibilities will include:

Leading the site: Direct and manage all site operations, from materials and plant to the entire workforce.

Driving the program: Make sure the project hits its milestones and stays on schedule.
*
Managing the team: Supervise and motivate a large team of subcontractors and direct labour.
*
Enforcing safety: Be the champion of health and safety, making sure every person on site goes home safe.
*
Upholding quality: Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, every time.
*
Problem:solving: Anticipate issues and tackle them head:on, keeping things moving forward.
Your Experience
Youre a seasoned Senior Site Manager with a proven track record of running large industrial or commercial projects, ideally in the GBP20m+ range. Youve got the SMSTS and CSCS Black Card, along with a rock:solid understanding of site operations. Most importantly, you have the leadership skills to command respect and get the best out of your team.
