We're looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping our people strategy, driving employee engagement, and ensuring our workplace continues to be a great place to work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support company goals
* Partner with management to identify talent needs and growth opportunities
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work culture
* Handle conflict resolution and provide coaching and support to employees and managers.
* Work with and support the leadership team to grow the business through effective people strategies.
About you
* At least 3 years' experience in a similar level role
* CIPD qualified.
* Good working knowledge of employment law and regulations in GB and NI.
* Experience of working in a unionised environment is preferred.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to balance hands-on tasks with more strategic projects.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust across the business.
