About the Role
Job: Sales Executive
Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)
Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance
Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Don’t worry if you don’t know anything about cars, we will teach you everything you need to know.
Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:
* Buy cars and ensure efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for customers.
* Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
* Do appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Liaise with the back office and work colleagues.
Requirements
* A current full UK manual driving licence
* Experience of working in a target‑driven environment
* Customer‑focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
* Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
* Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
* Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers
* Excellent administration and IT skills
