Our client, based in Northamptonshire, is currently recruiting for a Employment Lawyer on a 3 month temporary contract.The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is circa £55.00 via an umbrella company The ideal candidate will have extensive experience advising on Employment Law as well as touching on Code of Conduct.Duties will include (but are not limited to): Provide advice on case management and advocacy through all aspects of Employment Law Complete the drafting of pleadings and witness statements, as well as negotiating settlements and drafting any agreements Focus on a wide range of areas such as whistleblowing, complaints, redundancy and discrimination Represent the authority in employment tribunals and courts, including preparing pleadings, managing cases, and instructing counsel where requiredUndertaking ad hoc court attendance, as well as providing advice to counselRewards and Benefits:Fully remote Flexible working daysWorking hours:30 hours per week Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.James Andrews is acting as an employment agency and business in relation to this role.At James Andrews recruitment Solutions we try to respond to all applications personally, however, due to the high volume of applications this is not always possible.
