With a variety of colleagues in the team to provide both support and assistance, along with significantly experienced colleagues to provide, training, mentoring and guidance, the role gives the successful candidate an opportunity to work alongside a variety of colleagues with considerable experience in pre and post-employment matters, ranging from negotiations and mediation through to employment litigation at all levels. From unfair dismissal through to complex discrimination and Employment Appeal Tribunal claims, the role gives the successful candidate the opportunity to build on their Employment Law experience in a significant variety of Employment disputes.
Training, support and the sharing of experiences are a key focus for the Employment Team and this is an opportunity to build and develop the successful candidates knowledge, experience, understanding and recognition within the Employment tribunal arena.
