This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join a dynamic and growing company offering specialist services and solutions to a wide range of clients. You will be responsible for engaging with prospective and existing customers, identifying their needs, and matching them to the right products or services.
The Role
As a Sales Executive, you will:
* Manage a mix of inbound leads and outbound calls to qualify customer needs.
* Advise on suitable products and services, ensuring solutions meet client requirements.
* Cross-sell and upsell additional offerings to maximise value and support business growth.
* Build strong and lasting relationships with customers, creating trust and loyalty.
* Research market trends and share insights with the wider team to spot new opportunities.
Responsibilities
Sales:
* Hitting daily and monthly activity and conversion targets.
* Responding quickly to inbound enquiries and progressing them to appointments.
* Converting leads into new business opportunities, with a focus on both quality and volume.
* Clearly communicating the benefits and features of services to prospective clients.
* Handling objections confidently and turning them into positive outcomes.
Customer Engagement
* Taking the time to understand each client’s business needs and challenges.
* Adapting your style to suit a broad range of customers.
* Delivering on promises and ensuring clients feel supported throughout their journey.
* Providing first-line advice before handing over to technical or specialist advisors where required.
Administration
* Maintaining accurate customer data and sales records within the CRM.
* Coordinating appointments and ensuring diary management runs smoothly.
* Producing reports for management and keeping pipelines updated.
* Following up with clients via calls and emails, even where there are no immediate requirements.
* Managing your inbox effectively and responding promptly to all enquiries.
