We are currently seeking an experienced, dependable and proactive Site Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day management, maintenance and safety of an excellent and well-regarded secondary school in Bristol. About the Role Your responsibilities will include: • Overseeing the maintenance and security of the school site • Managing cleaners, caretakers and contractors • Ensuring full compliance with health & safety legislation and statutory checks • Conducting repairs, inspections and preventative maintenance • Managing heating, lighting, alarms and building systems • Maintaining grounds, buildings and facilities • Supporting lettings, school events and emergency call-outs Experience and Qualifications • Experience in premises management (school experience desirable) • Strong understanding of H&S compliance • Practical maintenance skills • Good communication, leadership and organisational skills Salary Paid according to experience on support staff scales.
