Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
1. Safely manage the construction project, adhering to scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk requirements.
2. Coordinate with various teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
3. Monitor progress, resolve issues, and make informed decisions to keep the project on track.
Temporary Works and Utilities:
4. Given the road’s utility-heavy environment, you’ll need a strong understanding of temporary works.
5. Ensure that utilities are properly managed during construction to prevent disruptions.
6. As the project is in a residential area, effectivemunication is crucial.
7. Liaise with local residents,munity members, and other stakeholders to address concerns and maintain positive relationships.
What you'll need to succeed
8. Black CSCS:
Possess a valid Black Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card.
9. SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme): Essential
Certified in site safety management.
10. 3-Day First Aid: Preffered
Trained in first aid procedures.
11. NRSWA Supervisor (New Roads and Street Works Act):
Familiar with street works regulations.
12. TWC (Temporary Works Coordinator): Preffered
Knowledgeable about temporary works coordination.
