Contract Scotland are working closely with a reputable building contractor to source an experienced Site Manager to lead upcoming refurbishment projects across Central Scotland. As Site Manager, you will work on a varied portfolio of work across a range of sectors including commercial, education, industrial, and heritage, within the public and private sectors. You will play a leading role in the successful delivery of building projects ranging from around £250k - £4m in value. You will be responsible for (but not limited to): - Ensuring that work is completed safely and efficiently. - Maintaining and developing site records. - Pushing forward projects in line with budget and quality guidelines. - Monitoring site progress. - Maintaining and growing strong relationships with clients and sub-contractors. - Inducting site visitors and sub-contractors and completing any necessary documentation. - Supporting the Contracts Manager with all site related activities. - Maintaining a working knowledge of relevant industry codes and standards.
