Hilton Malta is recruiting for a Customer Sales Agent (Receptionist) on a Full-Time basis, within the Front Office Department.
The successful candidate should be energetic, enjoy working with people, possess excellent communication and customer care skills, and be fluent in computer systems.
The role involves:
1. Welcoming guests and ensuring an enjoyable, hassle-free stay.
2. Maximizing revenue through Rooms and Food & Beverage upselling, and managing related targets.
3. Handling guest comments and queries, exceeding expectations.
The candidate should have a smart appearance, at least one year of hotel industry experience (preferably in a five-star environment), and excellent English skills. Willingness to work both day and night shifts is necessary.
Preferred qualifications include an ITS qualification (or equivalent), knowledge of the Opera system, and knowledge of Maltese. Proficiency in Russian, German, French, or Italian is an asset.
