Job Type: Full-time permanent 5 / 6 Days out of 7 including weekends
Salary: Hourly whilst in training once experienced moving to a competitive pay structure, with commission, bonus`s and benefits.

In your first 3-6 Months as a Sales Executive, you will receive a thorough induction & training programme which will include spending time in each department of the business with a training road map to follow. This will give you a great opportunity to learn and understand all aspects of our business.
Key Aspects of Training: 3/6 months
· On your induction week you will learn about the business, the journey of our cars, commercial vehicles, and also Bridgend standards and guidelines.
· You will then work your way through various departments to gain experience and insight, including: Service, Parts, Valet, Bodyshop, Sales, Marketing and Administration and our sister company Vehicle Trade Centre.
· Work and progress through our own Bridgend Training Road Map gaining knowledge of our many products including Warranty, Service Plans, Finance
· Product knowledge and sales process
· How to Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
· Appraise a vehicle
· Learn how to deliver excellent customer care and add to our thousands of excellent Trust Pilot and Google review ratings.
Key Aspects of Training: 6/12 months
· Depending on your progress, between month 3 and 6 you could have progressed to selling with the assistance of a mentor – learning & earning
· Demonstrate your new found knowledge of the sales process
· Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
· Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features.
· Negotiate prices and close sales.
· Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
· Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Requirements:
· Strong work ethic and team player who can also work well on their own initiative
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Valid UK driver's license. Disclosing any live endorsements and minimum of 12 months with full licence.
· Enthusiasm, energy, self-motivation & desire to succeed.
· Sales experience preferred but not essential.
