Cluster Site Manager
Salary: £30,024 per year. Working Hours: Full time, all year round. Contract: Permanent. Location: Yeoman Park Academy, Mansfield.

The Diverse Academies Trust seeks a Cluster Site Manager to oversee the maintenance and development of multiple academies across Mansfield, Retford and Tuxford. The role ensures the safe and efficient operation of all building systems and supports the trust’s vision of inspiring and empowering students and staff.
Responsibilities
* Work under the direction of the Facilities Manager.
* Collaborate with site colleagues across the area.
* Provide a professional and proactive service, ensuring a safe learning and working environment for students and staff.
* Support the management and oversight of all systems, ensuring proper operation, efficiency and meeting statutory requirements.
* Manage day‑to‑day compliance and health & safety for the sites, including developing risk assessments and operational procedures.
* Arrange, manage and facilitate service contracts and maintenance work as directed.
* Develop knowledge of all academy sites to facilitate flexible support across the trust when required.
* Manage and co‑ordinate the premises staff team across a group of academies.
Qualifications
* Professional qualification in Facilities Management, Electrical or Mechanical.
* Experience controlling and maintaining Building Management Systems (BMS) and related operations.
* Experience working in educational settings (desirable).
* NEBOSH general certificate or willingness to obtain a comparable qualification (desirable).
