Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in B2B sales and telemarketing, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in Spanish and / or French being an advantage. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and follow-up.
* Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and promote our products/services.
* Utilise Zoho CRM software to manage client interactions and track sales progress.
* Identify potential business opportunities and create strategies to convert leads into sales.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing our offerings.
* Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand your professional network.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
* Some experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is essential.
* Familiarity with any CRM software is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French / Spanish is a plus.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to think strategically about client needs.
