Location: Princes Risborough

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5:30pm (40 hours a week)

As the Customer Service Manager, you will:
Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service.
Set performance standards and leverage data to drive improvements.
Oversee customer enquiries, orders, and after-sales support for timely resolution.
Collaborate with logistics, sales, and production for seamless customer journeys.
Analyse customer feedback and operational data to identify improvements.
Develop team reports and present insights to senior leadership.
Partner with various departments to elevate customer communication and strategies.Essential skills:
Proven experience in a Customer Service Manager or Team Leader role, ideally in premium retail or e-commerce.
Strong analytical skills with a talent for interpreting data and spotting trends.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of CRM systems
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.How to apply:
