Build Site Manager
East Hampshire
Permanent | Up to £70,000 Salary + Package
The Role
As Build Site Manager, you will be a No 2 on site reporting to the Project Manager on site. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Day-to-day management of site operations
* Coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce
* Ensuring health, safety, environmental, and quality standards are maintained
* Driving programme and ensuring key milestones are met
* Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams
* Managing site documentation, reporting, and compliance
* Delivering projects to the highest standards of quality
About You
* Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction sector
* Strong track record delivering projects (commercial, industrial, or public sector preferred)
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Strong understanding of HSEQ and site compliance
* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualified
* Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
