The Details You Need
Location: Edinburgh, 4 Queen Street – Hybrid (3 days on-site)
Salary: £38K–£48K DOE + up to 10% company bonus

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)
As a Software Developer at ClearSky Logic, you’ll play a pivotal role in building the robust systems and architectures that power digital and AI enablement for our clients. You’ll work in an elite, cross-functional squad alongside designers, front-end developers, data architects, and product strategists – delivering enterprise-grade, bespoke solutions that integrate seamlessly into complex environments.
This isn’t just about coding features. It’s about enabling entire organisations to evolve – architecting scalable back-end solutions, unifying fragmented systems, and making data accessible and actionable so our clients can make faster, smarter decisions.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Designing and developing scalable, high-performance backend solutions using modern .NET technologies
* Engineering robust data integrations between legacy and modern systems
* Creating clean, maintainable APIs and services that power web, mobile, and back-office platforms
* Collaborating closely with stakeholders to shape technical direction and solution
Collaborating closely with designers, QA, PMs and BAs
* Upholding high coding standards, security best practices, and CI/CD processes
* Contributing to AI and automation integrations that deliver measurable business impact
* Supporting our rapid prototype delivery approach – shipping high-quality, functional solutions in as little as 12 weeks

* A strong coder – proven experience in C#/.NET Core, APIs, and database development (SQL/NoSQL)
