We’re seeking a proactive HR Administrator to join our central People team. This role is pivotal in supporting the delivery of a first-class employee experience and ensuring our HR operations run smoothly, efficiently, and compliantly. From onboarding new talent to supporting employee engagement initiatives, you’ll play a key role across the entire employee lifecycle.

What you’ll be doing
As an HR Administrator, you’ll support the People function across a range of operational and strategic activities:
* Deliver dependable and efficient HR administration across the full employee lifecycle
* Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
* Maintain accurate and confidential employee records on HR systems
* Assist with internal HR processes, including performance management and policy updates
* Coordinate training programmes and career development initiatives
* Respond to day-to-day HR queries from employees and managers
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies
* Use HR data and reporting tools to inform and support decision-making
* Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support business-wide people initiatives
What we’re looking for
Experience & Qualifications
* Experience in an HR administration or coordination role
* Familiarity with recruitment and onboarding processes
* Comfortable working with HR systems and handling confidential information
* Understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices (desirable)
* Experience in a regulated industry such as healthcare, life sciences, or finance is a bonus

* Exceptionally organised with great attention to detail
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR platforms
