Landmarc, a world leading provider of integrated support services to the military, is currently looking for a passionate and experienced Site Manager to lead operations in Cornwall.

Travel required:
To oversee Training Area and Range Management delivery across Cornwall sites
Main Responsibilities
Lead Site Services & Team Management
- Oversee site services and a multi-disciplinary team to ensure operational goals are consistently met.
Contractual & Customer Compliance
- Ensure all facilities meet contractual obligations and align with customer expectations.
Team Leadership & Development
- Provide strong leadership and support to your team, managing performance, attendance, behaviour, capability, welfare, and health & safety. Maintain accurate records and promote a positive working environment.
Compliance with TESC Standards
- Ensure all site resources and personnel operate in full compliance with Training Estate Support Contract (TESC) standards.
Maintenance Oversight
- Manage local reactive and preventative maintenance activities, ensuring performance targets and service levels are achieved.
Change Implementation & Innovation
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing change initiatives and leveraging technological innovations to enhance operational efficiency.
Health & Safety Leadership
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations, including COSHH and IOSH Managing Safely.
Core Contract Delivery
- Take ownership of the overall core contract delivery for the Training Estate in Cornwall ensuring all aspects of the agreement are fulfilled to a high standard.
Range Management
- Oversee the operation and scheduling of firing ranges, including programme management, user allocation, and compliance monitoring.
The Ideal Candidate
* Holds a Level 4 qualification (NVQ/HND) in Business or People Management or equivalent, with proven leadership experience
* Excellent people management and team leadership skills
* Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, including COSHH and risk assessment
* Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
* Proficient in IT tools including MS packages
* A valid UK driving licence is essential as travel will be required

About The Company
Landmarc provides the support services that enable Armed Forces from around the world to prepare for frontline military operations across the UK Defence Training Estate (DTE). This includes maintaining and delivering safe and sustainable infrastructure, managing and operating training areas and ranges and delivering multi-million pound projects to improve vital training assets.
