First Choice are currently seeking 3 Administration support officers to work in the finance division of the South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust, we have posts at the following locations; Ulster Hospital, Belfast Downe Hospital, Downpatrick Lagan Valley Hospital, Lisburn These posts are required for an initial period of 3 months, with the possibility of extension. Working hours will be Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, and this will be paid at a rate of £12.75 per hour. The main duties of this role will be: Input, process, monitor and validate financial information ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Provide high quality administrative support to the finance team. Ensure financial information is processed in accordance with policies and procedures. Maintain and assist with various reconciliations of control accounts. Assist compliance with Public Sector Prompt Payment Policy.
