Brickwork Site Manager / Regional Supervisor – Midlands Location: Employment Type: Full-time
We are currently seeking an experienced Brickwork Site Manager / Supervisor to oversee multiple active sites across the Midlands. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in masonry and site management, who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and ensuring efficient site operations.
Oversee and coordinate multiple brickwork projects simultaneously across the Midlands region.
•Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure all work meets company standards and complies with relevant building regulations.
•Act as the primary point of contact for principal contractors, maintaining strong professional relationships and ensuring satisfaction with both programme delivery and workmanship.
•Monitor labour deployment, ensuring teams remain productive, focused, and aligned with project timelines.
•Proactively identify and resolve site issues, ensuring minimal disruption to progress and quality.
•Uphold health and safety standards across all sites under your supervision.
Proven experience managing or supervising brickwork operations across multiple sites.
•A commitment to quality, safety, and programme adherence.
•Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the region.
