HR Administrator - Immediate Start South Leicester Full-time | 08:30-17:30 Fixed-term contract (8 months) £26,500 per The Professional Services division at SF Recruitment is excited to be working exclusively with a well-established business in the commercial vehicle sector, based in South Leicester. We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join their HR team on a fixed-term basis. You'll play a key role in supporting core HR and administrative processes, with a particular focus on payroll and onboarding. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced and friendly environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day administrative support across the HR function Support payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timely input Manage references, contracts, and onboarding documentation Conduct right to work (RTW) checks and ensure compliance Maintain and update HR records and reporting systems Support retention initiatives and employee lifecycle processes Assist in compiling HR reports and metrics Experience using Cascade HR software is a bonus What We're Looking For: Previous experience in an HR support/admin role Solid understanding of HR processes and procedures Confidence handling sensitive employee data with discretion Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to hit the ground running and work independently Familiarity with Cascade or similar HR systems is desirable This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to contribute to a hands-on, collaborative HR function.
