My large, well-known Heating Contractor, is looking for experienced Builder/ Handyman on a PAYE Basis to cover South London and surrounding Postcodes.
Key responsibilities-
* Make good and finish after the installers have installed the boiler.
* Complete all necessary paperwork & update all electronic forms to keep all job information up to date ready for invoicing.
* Ensure all installations are completed in accordance with all regulations & requirements.
* Update all necessary data to installation team.
* Keep all plant & tools in good working order to complete works.
Package
* £35,000 basic salary. (Overtime Explained below)
* Working hours 08;00 - 18;00
* Easily able to earn overtime in day, IE-complete the day’s work set out by 2/3pm, then can take extra work and earn more, most guys easily able to get 50/55hrs a week without working outside of the working day.
* 25 days annual leave plus bank holiday
* Van stock, drills and equipment provided. Hand tools to be provided by Yourself.
