A client of ours in the Basildon area are recruiting a Trainee Sales Executive to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm and paying £21,000 - £25,000 per annum depending on experience.
Key Duties
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through meetings, calls, and email.
* Identify and visit potential clients to generate new business.
* Research and source information on prospective opportunities.
* Prepare accurate cost calculations and customer quotations.
* Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
* Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and opportunities.
* Provide insights on customer needs and future buying trends.
* Represent the company at trade shows, events, and demonstrations.
* Advise leadership on pricing, delivery, and product specifications.
* Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional service.
* Work with leadership to identify new markets and growth opportunities.
* Maintain accurate sales and order records.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Trainee Sales Executive position
* 1+ years of office experience
* GCSE Grade 5 (C) or above in Maths and English
* Confident communicator
* Dynamic and positive attitude
