Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 per annum

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leading end-to-end recruitment campaigns across multiple locations.
* Writing compelling and tailored job adverts that attract the right candidates.
* Collaborating with the people we support and staff teams to ensure recruitment is inclusive and person-centred.
* Managing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensuring compliance with pre-employment checks.
* Creating engaging social media campaigns and exploring innovative sourcing strategies.
* Representing Perthyn at job fairs, careers events, and promotional activities.
* Supporting visa sponsorship processes and maintaining accurate documentation.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for someone with a solid background in recruitment who’s ready to develop their skills in a supportive and forward-thinking environment. You’ll be:
* Experienced in high-volume, multi-location recruitment.
* Skilled in writing engaging job adverts and using online platforms effectively.
* Organised, proactive, and confident in managing multiple campaigns.
* A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Passionate about making a difference and committed to continuous improvement.
* In possession of a full UK driving licence and willing to travel across regions as part of the role.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
* Experience in social care, charity, or regulated sectors.
* Knowledge of digital marketing or recruitment training.
* CIPD or REC qualifications or membership.
