Senior HR Manager We are working with leading employer based in Dungannon, to recruit for a Senior HR Manager to join their team. The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for: Aligning workforce plans with operational and business needs. Handling employee relations, including resolving issues and managing disciplinary or grievance matters. Strengthening compliance, health, and safety across the organisation. Improving labour efficiency, reducing turnover, and supporting a stable, skilled workforce. Using HR data and metrics to guide decisions and highlight improvement areas. Supporting leaders with HR queries Leading diversity and inclusion efforts to build a positive workplace culture. Managing HR budgets, resources, and external partners. Supporting wellbeing and mental health initiatives to strengthen employee engagement. Maintaining strong onboarding and induction processes to improve retention and productivity. What youll need to succeed in the Senior HR Manager role: 3 5 years proven experience as HR Manager or in a similar HR role Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
