Job description
Dedicated HR Officer required to join a HR Team on a Permanent basis. This role is based within a manufacturing environment and will be ideal for someone with a strong background in HR, at Level 3 CIPD minimum.
The HR Officer will support the HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The officer will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping to plan and administer important functions such as staffing, training and development, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Recruitment and Selection
2. Employee Relations, acting as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
3. HR Administration
4. Policy Implementation:

6. Pay/compensation and Benefits:
7. Health and Safety
The ideal candidate:
8. 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above to include English and Maths.
9. Minimum 3 years HR experience.
10. CIPD qualified to at least Level 3.
11. proficient, MS suite and preferably Time Management/HR System experience.
Skills:
12. Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
13. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
14. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
15. Strong organisational and time-management skills.
16. Proficient in Payroll/HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office.
17. Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
