Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to oversee design and build projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with specific expertise in coordinating and executing projects across diverse sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
* Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of any issues.
* Lead and supervise site personnel, including subcontractors and laborers, to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
* Implement and enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
* Monitor project progress and report on key milestones, budget expenditures, and potential risks to project stakeholders.
* Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization throughout the project lifecycle.
* Foster a collaborative team environment and promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred).
* Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing design and build projects in commercial, industrial, retail, and residential sectors.
* Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
