Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Handyman in Chelmsford to work on a fit out project. You will be required to do site set up using hoarding and corex, general maintenance, basic repairs, possibly some touching up /painting, and day to day handyman duties.
Requirements:
1. Proven handyman or maintenance experience
2. Own tools required - hand and electric
3. Ability to work independently
4. Good problem-solving skills
5. CSCS card - preferably blue skilled
6. Ability to read drawings
7. Right to work in the UK
8. Ability to carry out manual tasks
