Part-Time Admin Assistant (18 Hours per Week)

We are a well-established and growing estate agency seeking an organised and motivated Part-Time Admin Assistant to support our busy office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working independently as part of a small, professional team.
Key Responsibilities:
• General administrative duties including handling calls, emails, and office correspondence
• Preparing property listings and client documentation
• Supporting the lettings and property management team with daily tasks
• Maintaining records and filing systems
• Booking appointments and coordinating property viewings
Essential Criteria:
• Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role (property/estate agency experience preferred)
• Full clean UK driving licence
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work on your own initiative and manage time effectively
Desirable:
• Experience in property management software (e.g. CFP, Qube, Reapit etc.)
• A friendly, professional approach to customer service
