This is a 6-month assignment with an NHS organisation in Bristol.
Your new role
In this post you will have 4 HR Advisors reporting in to you. Coaching the HR Advisors to effectively and efficiently to process ER Cases and enhancing the department and processes to maximise the service delivery. You will also be liaising with other HR departments to improve relationships and the HR function.
The key objective for this post is setting the strategic direction and overall service standards for activity across the People Operations department, being accountable and leading by example within aplex and multi-faceted environment to deliver excellent customer service and standards to colleagues:
1. Leading the HR Direct Service, providing excellent customer service to all staff in relation to HR queries, setting direction and supporting on service and excellence improvements
2. Leading the HR policy and policy development function
3. Leading the provision of Attendance, Probation, Capability casework and informal stages of grievance, disciplinary and dignity at work
Champions and plays an active and lead role in the partnership working in support of activity across People organisation is keen for the post holder to be focused on reviewing, embedding best practice and improving processes to improve effectiveness and gain efficiencies where possible.
This is a hybrid post - c2 days per days per week in the Bristol office.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced HR professional well versed in managing a HR team and improving HR delivery processes.
Available for 6 month assignment.
This opportunity will suit some with sound ER knowledge coupled with transferable OD/change/transformation skills.
