Site Manager Job In Leeds: 8-10 weeks work, Warehouse Refurbishment Project - Immediate Start
The OpportunityWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to support a refurbishment project in Leeds on behalf of a well-established repairs and maintenance contractor.This is a short-term contract (8-10 weeks) with the strong possibility of further work for the right candidate.The RoleYou will be responsible for managing a strip-out and refurbishment project, taking the building back to brick and overseeing the early-stage rebuild works.Key duties include:
* Managing day-to-day site operations
* Supervising subcontractors and ensuring work is completed to programme
* Ensuring health & safety compliance on site
* Coordinating strip-out activities and structural preparation
* Liaising with the client and internal teams
* Maintaining site records and reporting progress
Requirements
* Proven experience working as a Site Manager on refurbishment or strip-out projects
* Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
* Ability to manage trades effectively and keep projects on schedule
* Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (essential)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
