* Based in Newbury
* Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 to 18:00 (with a regular day off during the week and a one-hour lunch), Saturday 08:30 to 17:00 (with a one-hour lunch), Sunday 10:00 to 16:00 (on a 1 in 2 rota), and bank holidays on a rota basis.

Experience is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to listen, learn, and succeed is crucial. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, building rapport, and selling products. Full training and a competitive basic salary with a generous bonus package are offered.
Job Profile
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing prospects, understanding customer needs, guiding them to suitable products, and closing sales.
Your daily activities include:
* Demonstrating suitable options, understanding customer buying strategies, and encouraging test drives.
* Negotiating prices, payment methods, and finance arrangements within company guidelines.
* Participating in training and development to meet company objectives.
* Coordinating with Sales Administration for product availability, ordering, updating records, and scheduling additional services.
* Following up deliveries with personal calls to ensure customer satisfaction and building ongoing relationships.
* Organizing daily sales activities, including prospecting through calls to previous, existing, and potential customers.
* Collaborating with colleagues and other teams to provide seamless customer service.
