Site Facilities Manager Location: Belfast
We are partnering with a long-established manufacturing organisation in Belfast to recruit a Site Facilities Manager. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the effective management, maintenance and improvement of a busy production site, covering buildings, grounds, utilities, environmental documentation and facilities compliance.
Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining site standards, leading the facilities team, and driving continuous improvement across the operation.
High-impact leadership role - You'll manage all facilities, grounds, maintenance and compliance for a major operational site.
# Environmental & regulatory responsibility - You'll lead on key submissions such as CCLA, CHPQA, VALPAC and waste management reporting.

Ensure full compliance with site Health & Safety policies and environmental standards.
Lead and manage the facilities team, deploying resources effectively.
Oversee day-to-day maintenance of buildings, grounds, drainage, bunds, walkways and associated infrastructure.
Manage cleaning, security, housekeeping and third-party contractor relationships.
Support ESG initiatives, including energy usage monitoring and reduction.
Manage site waste processes, including contractor selection, waste uplift schedules and compliance reporting.
Project manage site improvement works; coordinate construction professionals for larger projects.
Liaise with utilities providers, statutory bodies and regulatory agencies.
Oversee procurement and contract management for all facilities-related expenditure.
Undertake audits, inspections and follow-up actions to continually improve site standards.
Minimum 3 years' facilities management experience within an industrial or commercial environment.
Experience managing contractors and negotiating contracts.
NEBOSH qualification desirable.
