Set within landscaped gardens, the safe and supportive environment of the Priory Hospital Cheadle Royal offers a comprehensive inpatient specialist mental health service for young people and adults. The service is dedicated to providing innovative, high quality care and treatment for service users with challenging and complex needs, in order to enable their recovery and re-engagement with the community.
As a HR Administrator working for Priory you will be expected to:
* Handleexternal and internal enquiries in relation to employment and conditions of serviceincluding administering company human resources policies and processes and maintainingrecords in line with statutory requirements.
* Ensurethat all information and documentation is correctly processed in line with policies andprocedures in order that regulatory, statutory, compliance and financial requirements are met.
* UpdateHR information system and local database systems for employment information with updates throughout employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy of data input and reports on information, as needed.
* Liaisewith other departments as needed.
* Ensurethe effective operation of administrative processes and procedures, recognising thelevel of importance of particular enquiries or issues and applies the appropriate prioritisation or seeks further advice as needed.
