Connected to Gatwick South terminal, Hilton London Gatwick has 821 bedrooms and an exciting selection of restaurants and bars, including a Japanese Steakhouse. The hotel has a fitness centre and 23 meeting rooms that can host large conferences.

Sofitel London Gatwick is the perfect blend of style and convenience.
With 518 spacious ensuite rooms plus a selection of restaurants and bars
showcasing fresh international flavours. Our luxurious hotel has gym facilities
and 14 flexible conference and meeting rooms with space to accommodate up to
300 guests. It offers an exclusive walkway straight into the airport's North
Terminal.

A bit about what you will do...

Assist the Cluster Director of Sales & Events in the management
of all sales activities and events including direct sales, sales solicitation,
sales administration and support with local and central marketing activities for Hilton and Sofitel Gatwick.

* Respond and complete RFP’s for all hotels with
guidance from DOSE/RM/GM
* To create and complete local marketing
activities as required such as special offers/ local corporate newsletter
* To conduct telesales calls to qualify business
potential for the property
* To conduct sales appointments with tour
operators, travel agents and leisure travel specialists to present the Hotel to
explore business potential and ways to secure revenue
* Build and maintain strong relationships with
corporate bookers, airline representatives, and travel agents.
* Respond promptly to inquiries and prepare
customised proposals and contracts.

More about you...

Positive attitude and good communication
skill.

* Commitment to delivering a high level of
customer service.
* Experience in hotel sales and marketing,
preferably in an airport or transit-oriented hotel.
* Understanding of the airline, corporate
travel, and MICE segments.
* Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and
online marketing tools.
* Ability to work independently, meet targets,
and handle time-sensitive client needs .
* Excellent communication, presentation, and
negotiation skills.
